On Wednesday evening, the Governance Council passed a motion to change the bargaining model from interest-based to traditional bargaining in an effort to better serve our members and solve outstanding issues from past bargains. Association leadership is currently working with district leadership on scheduling bargaining for this spring. We will have more updates in coming weeks.
