Ken Volante is the UniServ Consultant for the Santiam UniServ Council. He has B.A. degrees in Philosophy and English from the University of Rhode Island. He has an M.A. in Philosophy from Marquette University and an M.S. in Labor Studies from the University of Massachusetts.
Ken has worked in the Labor Movement for 20 years and has served as a Researcher/Organizer for IBEW Local 103 (Boston), Assistant Director for Madison Teachers (Madison, WI) and has served OEA members as a Rep for Klamath/Lake UniServ, Community College UniServ and as OEA’s Statewide Political Organizer prior to his work with Santiam, where he has been for five years.
